Our Mission

To provide the basic living arrangements for a healthy lifestyle.

Our goal is to maintain a positive living environment that encourages a Twelve Step program to be adapted into new way of life. We welcome you to a clean, fun, and safe place to recover. Our experience has proven that adding structure to an undesirable lifestyle will benefit any individual seeking recovery.

Our hope is to recapture the lost spirit that eluded us during addiction.

Purpose

To offer those individuals, with a desire to not use, a home to build a new foundation in preparation for life challenges.

We want you to use our home for that living experience that will be necessary to be successful in years to come. By accepting the challenges of everyday life, we believe you will see the value of recovery and above all else, the value of a relationship with a God of your understanding.

Services

What We Provide

  • Bed, pillow, sheets, blankets, comforters for use while living in home.
  • Cable television.
  • Nutrition, Financial Planning & Goal setting
  • On-site Manager
  • A computer with online access for use by all house members.
  • Dishes, pots and pans and kitchen utensils for use while living in home.
  • Kitchen towels for use while living in home. (Members supply their own bath towels.)
  • Toilet paper and paper towels.
  • Laundry detergent.

Pre-requisites

  • You will need to be Clean/Sober before entering the home.
  • You will need to be employed, or secure full-time employment within two weeks of entering the home.
  • You will need to attend at least three recovery meetings per week after your first 30 days of residency.
  • You will need to attend at least one meeting per day for your first 30 days.
  • You will be required to complete weekly chores in addition to maintaining your room.
  • Rent can be paid by money order or cashiers check payable to : PaceSetter Group LLC
  • Your first and last week’s rent is due upon move-in and is non- refundable.
  • You will need a $150 security deposit. This amount is eligible to be refunded with a two weeks notice prior to move-out.

  • Casual Clothing, Gym Clothes, Dress shoes, Tennis, Sandals
  • Towels, Bath Towels & Face Cloths

  • Plastic Clothes Hamper w/ lid (Mandatory)

Items NOT to Bring:

  • No Products containing Alcohol . Examples include, but are not limited to mouthwash, Bengay, cough medicine, and other analgestic ointments)
  • No Candles
  • No Pornography
  • No Posters or Paintings
  • No shirts of poor taste
  • Excessive amount of clothing or personal items

Requirements

RULES OF THE HOUSE

  • This is a recovery home. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the property. No friends/guests using alcohol or drugs on the property. Any use of alcohol or drugs will be grounds for immediate eviction. If a member is suspected of alcohol or drug use he will be requested to take UA immediately at member’s expense.
  • No disruptive behavior is allowed. Any behavior, which is deemed by the Manager to be detrimental to the serenity and recovery of the home, is strictly prohibited. This includes threats, physical violence or intimidation of any manner.
  • Stealing is not tolerated. Any offense will result in immediate eviction.
  • “Quiet time” is from 10:00pm – 9:00am, Sunday – Thursday and from 11:00pm -9:00am Friday – Saturday. Please keep noise to a minimum during this period. Preparation of meals must be concluded by this time unless working hours do not permit. No Laundry is permitted during quiet time. Visitors are not allowed during quiet time.
  • No one is allowed in another’s room unless invited and tenant is present.
  • Clean up after yourself. When using kitchen, clean area and all dishes within Thirty (30) minutes of completion of meal.
  • Meals must be eaten in designated areas only.
  • You purchase your own food. If you didn’t buy it don’t eat it unless it was given to you. Honesty is crucial in this home!
  • Everyone will share in weekly chores on a rotating basis. Chores are posted each week and are to be completed and signed off daily. Incomplete chores will result in a $20.00 fine. You cannot pay another House Member to do your chores.
  • No smoking anywhere in the house. Doors must be shut when smoking outside. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area in the back yard. Smoking in the front of the house is never permitted at anytime!
  • The computer is available for use by all House Members. If you’ve been on the computer for 30 minutes or more you must allow another on within 15 minutes of their request. There is no pornography allowed on the computer.
  • Be respectful of others property; if you damage our home or others property you will be expected to pay for it.
  • House Members are expected to maintain good hygiene. Each member is required to bathe or shower daily; no exceptions. If you are dirty when you come home you are expected to clean up and change clothes before settling in, for example, with regard to any use of furniture.
  • Laundry area is run on a first come first serve basis. No laundry is allowed to be left in the machines. Teamwork is encouraged. No Laundry is permitted during quiet time.
  • If you are on the phone and a call comes in, you are expected to take a message and put it on the message center if the House Member is not available.
  • If someone asks to use the phone after you have been on for 10 minutes or longer, you have 5 minutes to end your conversation.
  • Please consult with Manager prior to using fireplace.
  • If a House Member is evicted for any reason, they have one hour, supervised, to collect their personal items. They have an additional 10 days to remove all other items. After 10 days, everything remaining will be donated to charity.
  • No knives, weapons, or firearms of any kind are allowed on property.
  • Curfew for the first Thirty (30) days is 10:00pm Sunday – Thursday and 12:00 pm on Friday – Saturday. After the first 30 days, general curfew is 1:00 am unless prior arrangements are made with the Manager. If you expect to be away for more than 24 hours, you must obtain permission from the House Manager. No House Member may be away for more than 3 nights in a seven (7) day period unless approved by the Manager in a written letter explaining departure reason(s).
  • Overnight guests are allowed with House approval.
  • Profanity is not permitted on the property at anytime.
  • No sexual activities are allowed on the property by House Members.
  • Before going to bed, check that all outside doors are locked. Doors are to be locked at all times.
  • Attendance at the House Meetings is mandatory.
  • Guests are not permitted during quiet time.
  • Any medications being taken are subject to supervision, at any time.
